Our appreciation for coffee began in 1996, when we lived for a time in Papua New Guinea, in the heart of a coffee-growing region.
There, we saw firsthand the care, patience, and precision it takes to produce a truly great coffee bean. That experience changed how we see coffee. It’s not just a drink — it’s a connection between growers, roasters, and everyone who takes a moment to savour it.
