At Waypoint Roasters, we want every cup of coffee to feel like a highlight in your day. If for any reason your order isn’t quite right, please reach out to us at insert email and we’ll be more than happy to help. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Coffee & Matcha Policy
Because our coffee is roasted fresh to order—and matcha is a perishable product—we’re unable to accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on these items. We also can’t process returns or exchanges for online orders in our physical store.

That said, we care deeply about your experience. If we’ve made a mistake, or if you have any questions or concerns, just email us within 14 days of receiving your order. We’ll do everything we can to make it right.
